What's the biggest challenge you face when trying to engage with your employees?
The biggest challenge about trying to engage with individuals about their health, wealth and their futures is that we live in world where many of us are turned off by a lot of the communication that we're seeing and hearing. So we ask you – do we need something pretty disruptive to break through the wall of apathy?
We suggest the truth could be that most people feel turned off, because the communications they receive, in regard to their pensions and benefits, have been generic and un-personalised – so the net result is that the engagement levels are annual at best and very low to none throughout the rest of the year.
It becomes an annual exercise in password retrieval. And it shouldn't be, right?
